In pursuit of a healthy existence I have been able to overcome illness and obtain physical fitness.  It took time for me to stop using a wheel chair. At first I could only work a few hours from home.  Gradually I made my way out into the work place.  I rehabilitated myself into a fit individual, working in the gym, in residential care with the elderly, and with private clients.  A strong positive mental outlook has put me were I am today.  Let me share with you my insight and knowledge.
